L’atelier de la Sardine – The Pearl of the Gods

The Atelier de la Sardine retraces the steps that make up La Perle des Dieux’s remarkable expertise: sardine fishing, its history, selection, preparation and canning by hand in the last remaining Vendée cannery. After your visit, let yourself be tempted by our tastings! Every Wednesday (July/August) at 11:30 a.m., a net lifting is organized at the Atelier de la Sardine. 5€ per adult and free for children.
